Ordering -
The quickest way to place your order is through our secure website shopping cart. Simply add the items you wish to purchase by using the "Add to basket" button. You can add as many products to your cart as you wish. You will be sent a confirmation email to let you know the order has gone through ok. If an Item is out of stock then we will contact you within one working day to let you know. When your item is ready for despatch we will send you a second email to let you know.

The Fast Film's team are more than happy to process telephone and email orders.

We operate an account system for private and public sector industries.

We use Royal Mail for small orders and UPS for larger or more expensive orders.
All items sent out by us will be on a signed for service and will be insured against loss.

We ship items worldwide using UPS courier service.

Returns -

Should you recieve a faulty item then please contact us by phone or by email. Quote your order number when you contact us so we can help to diagnose any potential problem. If the item needs to be returned then we will issue you with an RMA number with which you can send back the items to be replaced with new.

If you have received an item and you do not wish to keep it within 30 days, then please contact us and we will give you an RMA number. You will receive a full refund less 5% re-stocking fee and postage costs. If you purchase a camera mount but you think another camera mount would be more suitable then please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
