Here it is!.... A Picture in Picture (PiP) high quality bullet camera and recorder system that's easy to set up and easy to use! Recommended for both in car or on bike two camera setup.

This is a brand new and very unique product. Nothing else like this currently exists without having cables and connectors and external monitors and a bible sized manual.

The HQR - C2 is basically a HQR2 DVD quality digital video recorder with built-in picture in picture processor.

You can plug 2 Bullet cameras in to this device and it will inlay the picture from one camera in to the other. You can have a main forward facing camera and a camera pointing to the rear or at your clocks or pedals. You get full control of the position and the size of the PiP.

Unlike other products similar to this, the HQR - C2 provides 12v power to the bullet cameras and displays what you are recording on it's built-in LCD screen, one box does it all. The IR remote is supplied to allow you to select full screen from either of the cameras, PiP or side by side mode. You can make these changes in real-time as you are recording.

Because the HQR-C2 uses the same electronics for encoding video as the HQR2 you get the same high quality mpeg4 or mpeg2 recordings with all the extra features such as LANC remote compatibility, "Sports Mode" and record on power up. 720 x 576 resolution 8mb/s in either Mpeg2 or Mpeg4 mode.

The HQR - C2 has a built-in Lithium Polymer gel battery which will power itself plus 2 HQ2 bullet cameras for over 2 hours. Powering the HQR - C2 from an external 12v supply such as your car or bike's battery is simple using the addtional cig lighter adapter kit or hard wiring kit.

The real advantage of this package is just how easy it is to setup. Traditionally multi-camera systems require installations with lots of connectors and wiring. The HQR - C2 makes it plug and play providing a 100% completly portable and affordable picture in picture bullet camera system.

You can purchase the HQR - C2 recorder on it's own to be used with your existing cameras although for maximum power consumption and image quality we highly recommend using the HQ2 cameras.

HQR - C2 has the same high quality push-fit locking connector found on the HQR2 which breaks out to five connections, two for video, two for 12v power for the cameras and an external audio input for connecting an external microphone or connection to an Intercom or radio system.
